Our Mission
The goals of the ESLL program are to: * ensure that students acquire a level of English proficiency which will provide
them with an equal opportunity to succeed in the regular education program; * ensure that students achieve the appropriate
English Language Proficiency Standards (ELPS) and the Hawaii Content and Performance Standards (HCPS). * ensure that students
develop an understanding of an appreciation for diverse cultures.
